I made this little basket and filled it up with strawberry candy along with some note cards and a 3-D strawberry filled with more candy. The strawberry idea came frome this web site http://justjulieb30.blogspot.com/2010/05/strawberry-tutorial-for-big-shots.html   and I made the basket with the petal big shot, the cards are made from punches from stampin up!

Flower garden Embossing folder

Here are a few cards made with the Embossing folder Flower Garden. I got some great ideas from other stampin up demos!
This folder make it so easy to come up with a cute fast card that looks like you spent a ton of time on it. I feel like the Embossing just makes cards stand out and look so much more rich!

I have a bit to clean up and change on some of the cards but I'm thinking this will be what we are going to do at my next card club!

First Buttercream cake

I'm on a roll now! LOL This is my first attemp at a buttercream cake with flowers and decorations. I'm lvoing the cake decorating class.

My first fondant Cake.

My first attempt at a cake coverd in fondant. I had a bit of a dent in it from the car ride home but over all I think it turned out really good!

Fondant Flowers

Well, I guess I needed a new hobby (like a fish needs a bike!) but I jumped into one anyway! - Cake decorating!!!! WOO HOO
I have always enjoyed baking and wanted to do more. I was a bit hesitant about trying my hand at cake decorating, when a friend suggested going to a cake fondant decorating class... SO I leaped in with both feet and here are my first attempts at fondant flowers.

I have to have a cake done for my final class next week. I hope to post pictures soon. But I have been so busy with my son and summer I have not even uploaded his birthday party photos yet!! :} I'm hoping to have a bunch of stuff done this weekend as my hubby is off work and I will have a bit of free time!

Lego Birthday Party overload!!

I have been working hard on getting all the little things done for the big Lego birthday party at the end of this month. I had to test out the chocolate lego man that will go on the top of the cake and the little chocolate bits to go around the cake. Here is a picture of my first attempt.

I have had so much to do on this party that I have not had a chance to stamp much! I hope to have most of the things done so so I will be able to get back in the swing of stamping.
When I have all the parts of the party done I will post a picture of it all together!

National Scrapbooking Month!!

Hybrid Card

This card was made using My digital Studio, then applying a few Stampin up buttons around the edge and placing on card Stock to match.

I'm going to be using this card for Fathers Day. The Digital studio has been very easy to work with and I did this card in about 2 minutes!

Cupcakes

This set make me hungry! Good thing I'm not on a diet because I think I'm going to have to do some baking soon! (probably should go one one!)

Stampin Up brights paper and punches. The technique is called embedded embossing. You glue down punched out shapes and then emboss the whole thing. I used Stampin Up big shot emboss folder square Lattice.

I used Stampin Up! Create a cupcake stamp and punch along with pretty in pink and espresso paper.

Next Stamp club

Here are two more cards for my next stamp club. We are focusing on black and white, but I just had to add a splash of color on one card. I have two more cards in mind so I will post them as soon as I can.

Lego Birthday!

Here are a few more things for the Lego birthday Party! Let me know what you think!
The first is favors for the kids gift bags, these are Lego zipper pulls to hang off jackets, back packs that sort of thing.

I will have more colors done soon. The second picture is the front of the coloring book that will go in the favor bag along with a pack of the Lego crayons that I have made. The coloring book has pages of Lego images that the can color along with the last page is a Lego man with Thank You under it. If you have any suggestions let me know!

Easy Easter bunny!

Here is a super simple one layer Easter card. Done with Stampin Up punches. My sone love to send a Easter card to all his aunts, cousins and everyone he knows! So I had to come up with an simple card so I was not lock in the stamp room for days trying to finish all the cards!

Lego Birthday Party

This is the first thing I have come up with for my son's Lego birthday Party. The kids will get a pack of Lego crayons and a coloring book in the treat bag. Here are the crayons.

OK, I'm over winter now and ready for spring! It's 10 outside right now 10!!!! So after my car ending up in the yard from slipping off my driveway and now 10 I'm ready for spring.
